DR ROBERT KWOK KHOON joined Medi-Rad Associates Pte Ltd in 1987 and is currently the Chief Consultant Radiologist of Radiology Consultants Pte Ltd. Dr. Kwok was an Asean and Commonwealth University scholar and obtained his MBBS degree from the then University of Singapore in 1977 and qualified as a radiologist in 1982.
He has been a Radiologist for the past 17 years and has held various positions in Tan Tock Seng Hospital and the National University of Singapore. He left the National University of Singapore in 1987 to join Medi-Rad associates Pte Ltd when it first introduced its MRI service. Dr. Kwok was the Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Radiological Society from 1985 to 1987 and Secretary-Treasurer of the Asean Association of Radiology from 1986 to 1987. He has also been active in the Chapter of Radiologists of the Academy of Medicine holding various posts including Vice Chairman of the Chapter in 1990. He has served on the Specialists Accreditation Committee for Radiologists of the Academy of Medicine and currently is still a member of the Specialists Training Committee (Diagnostic Radiology).
Dr. Kwok has published in professional journals and has been on the Panel of Reviewer of a few journals and is presently the Corresponding Editor of Interventional Neuroradiology. Dr. Kwok is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists, United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. He is Visiting Consultant to the National Heart Centre. |

DR JOHN HOE WEI MING is the Clinical Director of Medi-Rad Associates Pte Ltd and Radiology Consultants Pte Ltd. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1989. In 1989, he left for private practice after holding appointments in the Singapore General Hospital and the National University of Singapore and was appointed Consultant Radiologist to the East Shore Hospital. He was appointed Clinical Director of Medi-Rad Associates Pte Ltd in 1992.
Dr. Hoe is currently the President of the Singapore Radiological Society and has also served in the Committee of the Chapter of Radiologists of the Academy of Medicine Singapore. He was recently Secretary-Treasurer of the ASEAN Association of Radiology and is a Visiting Specialist to the Kandang Kerbau Hospital for Women and Children in Singapore. He has published articles in various professional journals. Dr. Hoe's qualifications includes the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists United Kingdom, and the Diploma in Medical Radiodiagnosis London. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore. |

| DR LOW CHEN HOONG joined Mount Elizabeth Hospital as a Consultant Radiologist in late 1982 and subsequently Radiology Consultants Pte Ltd after holding appointments in the Departments of Radiology of Singapore General Hospital and Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He graduated from the University of Singapore in 1970. He did his Radiology training at King's College Hospital in London, obtaining the Diploma in Medical Radiodiagnosis in 1977 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists of the United Kingdom in the same year. In 1982 he was awarded a Ministry of Health HMDP fellowship in Ultrasonography, working in various centres in London and the United States. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore. |

| DR ESTHER TAN graduated from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists, U.K. She joined Medi-Rad Associates Pte Ltd in 1990 after leaving a post as Lecturer with the National University of Singapore. She is also a member of the Radiological Society of North America and Society for Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Her special interest is in Mammography, Breast Imaging and Breast Interventions. She is in charge of the Mammotome service at Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Dr. Tan is also a Visiting Consultant at the National Cancer Centre. |

| DR CHUA SIOK LIN joined Medi-Rad Associates Pte Ltd in 1992 after leaving a post as Senior Lecturer with the National University of Singapore. Dr. Chua graduated from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists, U.K. She also holds the Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine. Her areas of special interest are in Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Mammography and Breast Interventional procedures. |

| DR TOH KOK HONG joined Medi-Rad Associates Pte Ltd in 1994. Prior to this he was working in the Radiology Department in Singapore General Hospital since 1985. His last appointment in SGH before leaving for private practice was as Acting Head of the Section of Neuro-radiology. After obtaining his Post-Graduate Fellowship Degree from the Royal College of Radiology (UK) in 1990, he further completed his 3-year post-fellowship training in SGH and obtained the Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 1994. He has done a Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Ohio, USA focusing on MRI and Neuro-radiology. He has also obtained further training on Interventional and Vascular Radiology and Oncology Imaging. His special interest are Stent assisted Carotid Angioplasty and Uterine Fibroid Embolisation, of which he is the co-ordinating Radiologist in MEH. |

DR SAMUEL NG ENG SOO joined Medi-Rad Associates Ltd in 1997. His main areas of interest are in MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and BMD (Bone Mineral Densitometry). A graduate from the National University of Singapore, Dr. Ng obtained his post graduate degree in radiology from the Royal College of Radiologists in UK. He completed his subspecialty training in Neuroradiology at the University of Pennsylvania and Stanford University. He is also affiliated to the International Society of Clinical Densitometry. He has pioneered MRI research in Neuroscience projects focusing on flow dynamics in the brain, language processing and mind mapping.
Dr. Ng has published in both local and international journals and is a regular speaker at regional and international conferences. His present appointments include Visiting Consultant Radiologist to the Singapore General Hospital, Secretary of the Chapter of Radiology - Singapore Academy of Medicine, Secretary of the Neuroradiology Section - Singapore Radiological Society, Advisor for Health Median's Medical Advisory Board, Member of the MEDA (Menopausal and Estrogen Deficiency Awareness) Faculty. Dr. Ng also edits the jazz column for a local music publication. |

DR THOO FEI LING joined Medi-Rad Associates Ltd in 2002. A graduate from the National University of Singapore, Dr. Thoo obtained her post graduate degree in radiology from the Royal College of Radiologists in UK in 1992. Her main subspecialty is in Musculoskeletal Radiology, in the modalities of Magnetic Resonance Imaging, ultrasound and intervention. She is involved in sports medicine imaging and performs hydrodilatation for treatment of frozen shoulders. She completed her subspecialty training in Musculoskeletal Radiology at the Nuffeld Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford and is registered as a specialist radiologist in the EU. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. Her other area of interest is in Breast imaging and she was awarded a secondment fellowship by Breast Screen Singapore to Notthingham Breast Centre.
Dr Thoo has published in both local and international journals and a chapter in a radiology book for the WHO ( World Health Organisation ) and has lectured at regional meetings. She has received an award for best teacher from Changi General Hospital and is a current lecturer for the radiology fellowship course in Singapore. She held prior appointments in hospital research committees and was involved in the organisation of scientific meetings for the Singapore Radiology Society, Asian Musculoskeletal Society and the Asean Association of Radiology. Her current appointments include Visiting Consultant to the National Cancer Centre and Secretary of the Chapter of Radiology, Academy of Medicine. |

| DR JENNIFER YAP qualified as a Radiologist in 1990. She joined Medi-Rad Associates Ltd in 1996 after leaving Kandang Kerbau Hospital. Her special area of interest is in Obstetrics and Gynaecological imaging. |

DR PETER GOH YU-TANG joined Medi-Rad Associate Pte Ltd in October 2000. He was previously consultant vascular and interventional radiologist in Tan Tock Seng Hospital and a visiting consultant in KK Women's and Children Hospital. He is currently still visiting consultant in both these hospitals. Dr. Goh graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in 1994. In 1996, he was given the Young Radiologist of the Year award by the Singapore Radiological Society. He was awarded a year long Ministry of Health HMDP fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Guy's Hospital, London, England where he trained under Professor Andreas Adam and Dr. John Reidy.
He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. He is a member of the Society of Cardio Vascular and Interventional Radiology (SCVIR), USA, the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Society of Europe (CIRSE) and the Asia-Pacific Congress of CardioVascular and Interventional Radiology (APCCVIR). He is currently the secretary of the CardioVascular and Interventional Radiology section of the Singapore Radiological Society. His special area of interest are vascular and non-vascular abdominal interventional work. |

| DR CHIN WAH SENG graduated from Canada with a MD degree in 1967. The following year he received the LMCC. Dr. Chin's qualifications includes the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists United Kingdom and the Diploma in Medical Radiodiagnosis London. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore. |

| DR LAU TE NENG joined Medi-Rad Associates Ltd in July 2004 after leaving Singapore General Hospital where he was Consultant Radiologist and Visiting Consultant to Changi General Hospital, KK Women's and Children's Hospital and the National Heart Centre. He currently returns to Singapore General Hospital as a Visiting Consultant.
After his graduation from the National University of Singapore in 1988, he obtained his Membership with the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 1993 before becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in 1996. He completed a one-year fellowship at the University of California, San Diego, USA in vascular and interventional radiology. He has a special interest in hepatobiliary intervention and venous access.
He is also a Fellow with the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, USA and the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Society of Europe. |

DR JEFFREY GOH
joined Medi-Rad Associates Ltd in November 2008 after leaving Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1991 and was awarded the TTSH scholarship in 2002 to the University of California in San Francisco, where he was a research scholar studying advanced MRI imaging of the abdomen and pelvis.
His major interest are in advanced cross-sectional imaging of the abdomen and pelvis using CT and MRI.
He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore as well as a member of the Radiological Society of North America. He is a past Visiting Lecturer to the MSc (Biomedical Engineering) programme of the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University and is currently a Visiting Lecturer to the Biiomedical Informatics course at the SIM University.
